Information you provide
When you join the reader-updates list, we store your email address, signup location on the website, consent-policy version and timestamps of registration and consent. You must actively agree to receive updates. We do not request payment details, financial-account information or a password for this list.
If you email the team, the message and your contact details may be retained to respond to your inquiry. Do not send confidential financial information through general email.
Technical information and calculators
Hosting and security systems may process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information and access times to operate and protect the website. A short-lived server-side rate limit uses the connection address to reduce automated form abuse. This application does not add that address to your signup record.
Calculators run locally in the browser. The application does not send financial inputs to the signup database or analytics hooks. If you choose to copy a scenario link, inputs are put in the URL. Anyone with that link can read them; URLs can also appear in browser history and hosting logs when opened. Avoid sharing sensitive scenarios.
Purposes and legal bases
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, optional book and journal correspondence relies on your consent. Necessary service operation, security, abuse prevention and responding to ordinary inquiries may rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law. The operator must verify these bases against its actual activities.
We do not sell signup data. No automated investment decisions, credit decisions or profiling are implemented. We use signup information to communicate relevant book and editorial news. Registration currently saves your consent; it does not automatically send a confirmation email.
Storage, service providers and transfers
Signup records are held in the managed application database. Hosting, database and infrastructure providers necessarily process information to deliver the service. Google Fonts is used for typography and receives technical request information when your browser loads those fonts. A production mailing provider has not yet been connected.
The operator must review processor agreements, data locations and any required international-transfer safeguards before public launch. This draft does not assert that information remains in a particular country.
Retention and your choices
Signup information should be retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you agreed to, subject to lawful retention obligations. The operator should review inactive records at least annually and implement a documented deletion schedule.
You can withdraw consent, request removal from the reader-updates list, ask for a copy or correction of your information, or exercise other applicable rights by contacting info@billionaireplc.com. Use the email address used to register. Any future marketing email should include an unsubscribe mechanism. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website stores your essential cookie preference in local storage. Optional analytics integration hooks remain gated by your choice; no third-party marketing pixel has been installed for this build. The Cookie Notice describes the current implementation. You can reopen preferences from the footer at any time.
Children and complaints
This website is aimed at adults and is not designed to collect children’s information. If a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
You may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We encourage you to contact the operator first so the concern can be addressed.
Policy changes
We will update this page when the data practices change. A new use that requires consent will not be treated as authorized merely because the policy was updated. Version date: 28 September 2026.
